    Design and Application of Specialized Extensometer for Pipeline Steel

    • 摘要: 分析測(cè)量管線鋼矩形試樣規(guī)定總延伸強(qiáng)度Rt0.5的過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生誤差的原因,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了管線鋼矩形試樣拉伸試驗(yàn)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由球鉸式框架結(jié)構(gòu)和光柵傳感器組成球鉸式光電引伸計(jì),利用光柵傳感器測(cè)量精度高與球鉸式裝卡的優(yōu)勢(shì)結(jié)合,把采集的信號(hào)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)處理器傳遞給計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換和軟件的功能運(yùn)算,能有效克服測(cè)量過(guò)程中的誤差,保證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和重復(fù)性,具有記錄全過(guò)程拉伸曲線的功能,滿足管線鋼相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

       

      Abstract: The causes for errors appear in the process of measuring the specified total elongation strength Rt0.5of a pipeline steel rectangle sample are analyzed, and a tensile test measuring system for pipeline steel rectangle samples is designed and developed.This system consists a spherical hinge photoelectric extensometer composed by a spherical hinge frame structure and an optical grating sensor, combining the high precision of the optical grating sensor and the advantage of the spherical hinge fixing method.The collected signals are transmitted by a data processor to a computer control system, and then processed by the analog-digital converting function and the software calculating function.The measuring errors can be effectively overcame, so the accuracy and the repeatability of testing results are ensured.The system also has the function of recording the entire tensile curve.The requirement of relevant inspection and testing standards for pipeline steel are met.
