鋼管連軋“竹節(jié)”問(wèn)題的探討
AN APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF “BULGE” IN MPM PROCESS

摘要: 在連軋中造成鋼管壁厚超差的主要原因是"竹節(jié)"。本文著重分析了潤(rùn)滑條件、潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)、孔型設(shè)計(jì)和工具使用狀態(tài)、外張力的給定及合理的調(diào)整對(duì)"竹節(jié)"的影響,并提出了一些克服"竹節(jié)"的工藝措施。Abstract: In MPM process the wall thickness variation which is out of tolerance range is ma-inly caused by the "bulge". In the article stress is given to the effects of ubricant conditions,pass design,tool state,specified tension and its regulation on the"bulge".Some process measures for eliminating the "bulge" are presented。
