    Thinking and Suggestions About Restructuring of O.C.T.G. Manufacturers of China

    • 摘要: 通過對我國石油專用管業(yè)所面臨的國際國內(nèi)市場形勢以及國際鋼管企業(yè)重組的情況進展及特點的分析,認為重組已成為國際國內(nèi)市場發(fā)展的必然趨勢,企業(yè)重組不只出現(xiàn)在強勢企業(yè)對弱勢企業(yè),強強聯(lián)合也逐漸增多。對中國石油專用管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的重組以及建議重組的原則、范圍、方式及舉措提出了見解。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis on the situations of both the domestic and world markets facing the domestic O.C.T.G. industry as well as the development and characteristics of restructuring among steel tube makers throughout the world, it is concluded that restructuring is an inevitable development trend of the sector to follow the domestic and world markets, and that while powerful-weak consolidations are popular, more and more powerful-powerful consolidations are emerging. In addition, opinions concerning restructuring among domestic O.C.T.G. makers are put forward, covering such aspects as principle, scope, model and measures.
