摘要: 分析了鋼在冶煉、澆鑄和軋制工藝過程中可能出現(xiàn)的殘余元素、成分偏析、表面氧化鐵皮及帶鋼厚度不均等缺陷對焊管生產(chǎn)中帶鋼縱剪、管坯成型、焊接和焊后熱處理質(zhì)量的影響。Abstract: The investigation shows how the qality of such operations of welded pipe production as slitting, tube formation, welding and afer-welding-heat treatment are influenced by steel defects like residual elements, chemical composition segregation, surficial scaling and strip thickness uneveness, which possibly occur during melting, casting and rolling of the material.
