    • 摘要: 簡(jiǎn)述遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)渦流檢測(cè)技術(shù)的基本原理,從檢測(cè)理論模型、檢測(cè)傳感器、檢測(cè)信號(hào)處理技術(shù)、檢測(cè)信號(hào)影響因素、檢測(cè)技術(shù)工程應(yīng)用等方面,對(duì)遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)渦流檢測(cè)技術(shù)作出論述,并指出遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)渦流檢測(cè)技術(shù)的理論研究和應(yīng)用研究的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)渦流檢測(cè)技術(shù)采用內(nèi)通過(guò)式檢測(cè)方式,可對(duì)在役運(yùn)行小直徑鋼管管道的缺陷進(jìn)行檢測(cè),是一種有發(fā)展前景的管道無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the essay is the remote field eddy current(RFEC)testing technique.And also discussed are the main aspects of the process,including detecting theoretic model,detection sensor,detection signal processing technique,factors as affecting detection the signal,and application of the detection technology engineering,etc.Moreover the development trend concerning theoretic and applied researches on the(RFEC)technology is pointed out.Adopting the internal passing method,the RFEC process is capable of detecting flaws of small-sized pipelines as in service status,being a very promising non-destructive pipeline detection technique.
