    T23高壓鍋爐鋼管的研制

    R & D of T23 Hi-pressure Boiler Tube

    • 摘要: 介紹了寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司對(duì)ASME SA-213 T23高壓鍋爐鋼管進(jìn)行的高溫拉伸強(qiáng)度、持久強(qiáng)度、抗氧化性等試驗(yàn)研究情況。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,寶鋼研制的T23高壓鍋爐鋼管性能穩(wěn)定,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)和性能均符合ASMESA-213標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,適合于制造大容量電站鍋爐。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is the R & D of the T23 hi-pressure boiler steel tube made by Baoshan I & S Co., Ltd., covering details of testing of hi-temperature tensile strength, creep rupture strength and oxidation-resistance, etc. The test results demonstrate that the said boiler tube is of consistent properties, having met all the relevant requirements as specified in the specification of ASME SA-213 and being applicable to manufacturing large capacity boiler for power plant purpose.
