    EFFECTS OF DIE TAPERS ON FORMING AND STRESS PARAMETERS OF INSIDE-THREADED PIPE COLD DRAWING

    • 摘要: 介紹了內(nèi)螺紋管拔制特點(diǎn),討論了內(nèi)外模錐角對拔制過程的影響。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)和分析,得出了力能參數(shù)較低而成型較好的模具錐角。

       

      Abstract: Thea characteristics of inslde-threaded pipe drawing are described and the effects of tapers of male and female dies on pipe drawing are discussed. Reasonable die tapers, which can reduce the values of stress parameters and improve forming, are obtained based on experiments and analysis.
