Analysis of Advantages of FFX Forming Technology

摘要: 近50年來,HFW焊管成型技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了3個階段的技術(shù)進(jìn)步:傳統(tǒng)成型-排輥成型-FFX成型。結(jié)合渤海石油裝備華油鋼管公司揚(yáng)州分公司的實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況,重點(diǎn)分析了FFX成型技術(shù)在其粗成型軋輥兼用和結(jié)構(gòu)合理、控制系統(tǒng)高度的自動化水平、鋼管易調(diào)型、設(shè)備運(yùn)行全過程監(jiān)控等方面的先進(jìn)性以及運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

Abstract: Over the past five decades, development of the weld pipe FFX forming technology has experienced 3 stages, i.e., the conventional forming process, the cage roll forming process and the FFX forming process.Based on the actual application result of Huabei Oil Steel Pipe Co., Yangzhou Branch of Bohai Petroleum Equipment Manufacture Corp., the advantages of the FFX forming process is analyzed, focusing on such aspects as rough forming roll dual purpose use and the reasonable structure, high automation level of the control system, easy pipe type change and full-process supervision of the equipment operation as well as the operation cost-effectiveness.
