    Application of Digital Welding System to SAWH Pre-welding Operation Line

    • 摘要: 介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)某大型鋼管廠預(yù)精焊生產(chǎn)機(jī)組中的數(shù)字化焊接系統(tǒng)。分析了該焊接系統(tǒng)的組成,闡釋其工作原理,并詳細(xì)說明了該數(shù)字化焊接系統(tǒng)的多適用性、靈活性、可遠(yuǎn)程操作、自動(dòng)化、高精度、快速響應(yīng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。還介紹了在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中運(yùn)用該數(shù)字化焊接系統(tǒng)后對(duì)鋼管質(zhì)量的影響。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article is the digital welding system as used on the pre-welding operation line of a domestic large-scale steel tube plant. Detailed are the configuration and work principle of the system. Furthermore, the advantages of the digital welding system are elaborated, including multi-purpose suitability, flexibility, remoteoperation function, high accuracy and quick response, etc. Finally, it is introduced how the system contributes to improvement of the tube quality in actual operation.
