    軋制核級(jí)換熱器傳熱管的預(yù)制批評(píng)定

    Qualification of Prototype Batch of Nuclear-classified Heat Exchanger Conducting Pipes

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)法國(guó)RCC-M《壓水堆核島機(jī)械設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)和建造規(guī)則》對(duì)核級(jí)換熱器傳熱管制造開展預(yù)制批評(píng)定的要求,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際換熱器傳熱管的制造條件、工藝過(guò)程和工藝參數(shù)的研究和驗(yàn)證,建立了工業(yè)化批量生產(chǎn)換熱器傳熱管的制造大綱以固化傳熱管的制造工藝和工藝參數(shù),同時(shí)針對(duì)制造過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的各種缺陷類型,建立了“缺陷一覽表”,從而最終實(shí)現(xiàn)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、保證制造進(jìn)度的目的。

       

      Abstract: Following relevant requirements under French nuclear power standard RCC-M,qualification of prototype batch of the nuclear-classified heat exchanger conducting pipes is performed. The actual manufacture conditions,process flow and process parameters of the said pipes are studied and verified,which leads to establishment of the guideline for in-batch manufacture of such pipes in a bid to fix the manufacturing process and process parameters for making the pipes. Meanwhile,a List of Defects is set up according to various types of defects as occurring during the manufacturing process. All the above mentioned activities shall eventually ensure that the product quality is improved,and the fabrication project schedule is followed.
