    小波包技術(shù)在軋機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸扭振分析中的應(yīng)用

    Application of Wavelet Pocket Technique to Torsion Analysis of Rolling Mill Drive Spindle

    • 摘要: 軋機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸上存在裂紋與間隙時(shí)會(huì)引起扭振信號(hào),利用小波包技術(shù)對(duì)測(cè)得的信號(hào)進(jìn)行了頻帶能量分析,通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析找出其規(guī)律性,以此作為依據(jù)即可判斷出軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)。提出了小波包技術(shù)在軋機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸扭振分析中的應(yīng)用方法可以推廣應(yīng)用在更多的軋制設(shè)備上,如軋管機(jī)和矯直機(jī)等,該方法的應(yīng)用將更有利于軋制生產(chǎn)中的故障診斷。

       

      Abstract: It is known that the torsional signal may occur due to any crack or gap as developed on the drive spindle of the rolling mill. Accordingly,the wavelet pocket technique is used to conduct relevant frequency band energy analysis of the signal as caught,and then find out the regularity via the statistical analysis,based on which,the operation status of the main drive system of the mill can be just determined. It is proposed that the method of using the wavelet pocket technique in rolling mill drive spindle torsional analysis be spread up to more rolling equipment like the pipe-rolling mill and the straightening machine,etc. Application of the technique will further improve fault diagnosis effectiveness for the rolling operation.
