    橫焊縫跟蹤模型在HFW焊管孔型切換過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用

    Application of CWT Model to Pass Change-over of HFW Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)HFW焊管換規(guī)格過(guò)程中輥位自動(dòng)調(diào)整到目標(biāo)位,有效降低板料損失,寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)了橫焊縫跟蹤(CWT)模型。介紹了該模型的原理、輥位自動(dòng)調(diào)整的參數(shù)設(shè)置、所采用的軟硬件以及快速設(shè)定系統(tǒng)(Quick Setting)的架構(gòu)等。利用快速設(shè)定系統(tǒng),通過(guò)橫焊縫跟蹤與鋼卷產(chǎn)品變量號(hào)(Product ID),在鋼卷規(guī)格更換之后,成型輥位能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)整,從而大大縮短了孔型切換的時(shí)間(從20min縮短到2min)。

       

      Abstract: For automatic setting of the roll position as per the targeted value in the process of size change- over of the HFW pipe mill, and for reducing material loss, a Cross Weld Tracking(CWT) model is developed by Baoshan Iron & Steel Corp., Ltd. independently. Described in the article are the main aspects of the said model, covering the work principle, the data-setting for auto-roll position change, the hardware and software as em- ployed and the framework of the Quick Setting System, etc. With the said Quick Setting System and via the CWT and the strip coil Product ID, the position of the forming roll is automatically changed following size change-over of the strip coil, and thus the pass change-over time is tremendously reduced(from the original 20 min. to 2 min.).
