    新型高精度管材矯直機

    A NEWLY DEVELOPED STRAIGHTENER FOR HI-PRECISION TUBULAR PRODUCTS

    • 摘要: 介紹了西安重型機械研究所開發(fā)研制的“十一輥高精度管材矯直機”和“復(fù)合輥框架矯直機”的結(jié)構(gòu)、布置、工作原理、機組型號、參數(shù)以及國內(nèi)廠家的使用情況。實踐證明,新開發(fā)的矯直機結(jié)構(gòu)合理、緊湊,矯直精度高,適用材質(zhì)廣泛,生產(chǎn)效果良好。其中“十一輥高精度管材矯直機”獲發(fā)明專利。

       

      Abstract: The paper covers main aspects of the 11-roll straightener for hi precision tubular products and the complex roll-framed straightener developed by Xi'an Heavy-duty Machinery Research Institute, including structure, arrangement, working principles, mill type and parameters as well as operaions of the mills by demostic customers. Relevant operatoinal practices show that the newly developed straighteners have such advantages as compact, logic structure, high straightening accuracy, suitability for straightening of a great variety of materials and satisfactory production performances. The said 11-roll straigntener for hi precision tubular products has been invention patented.
