    鋼管化學(xué)處理新工藝的開發(fā)

    DEVELOPMENT OF NEW STEEL-PIPE CHEMICAL-TREATMENT PROCESS

    • 摘要: 采用傳統(tǒng)堿-酸工藝化學(xué)處理含鉻耐蝕鋼管要產(chǎn)生大量合氟和氮等元素的有害氣體和廢水,目前要徹底凈化和處理還有一定困難。本文介紹的含鉻耐蝕鋼管鉻酸化學(xué)處理工藝能使化學(xué)處理作業(yè)工序減少,減少環(huán)境污染,并使廢水處理大大簡化。

       

      Abstract: The conventional alkali-acid chemical-treatment of Cr-containing corrosion-resistant steel pipesresults in a large amount of F & N containing poisonous gases and waste water.At present,it isdifficult to entirely purify and treat the said gases and waste water.The chromic-acid treatmentprocess for Cr-containing corrosion-resistant steel pipe described in this article makes it possible toreduce chemical-treatment procedures,to bring about less environmental pollution and to greatly sim-plify the waste water treatment process.
