武鋼管線鋼研發(fā)新進(jìn)展

Recent Development of R & D of Linepipe-purpose Steels by Wuhan Iron and Steel （Group） Corporation

摘要: 介紹了近年來武鋼管線鋼生產(chǎn)技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的主要成果。采用獨(dú)特的控軋控冷(STMCP)技術(shù),成功開發(fā)出厚規(guī)格海底管線鋼和X80鋼級抗大變形管線鋼;掌握了耐沖蝕磨損的機(jī)理,成功開發(fā)出長距離煤漿輸送用WJ65鋼;創(chuàng)建專有的成分和生產(chǎn)工藝,實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)油管用鋼、超大輸氣量高壓管道工程用X90鋼級管線鋼、高頻電阻焊管用K55鋼的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。

Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the major achievements of R & D of manufacturing technologies for and products of steels for line pipe-making in Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. Thanks to employment of the STMCP technique, the steel for heavy wall off-shore pipe line service and anti-large deformation linepipe-purpose X80 steels are developed successfully. And owing to the mastery of the mechanism of erosion/wear resistance, the WJ65 steel for pipe line for long-distance coal slurry transport is also successfully produced. Furthermore, with know-how about relevant chemical composition and manufacturing process, the company is capable of commercial production of such products as the steel for coiled tubing, the X90 steel for hi-pressure gas pipeline system with extra-capacity, and the K55 steel for HFW pipes.
