熱電偶套管無模拉伸數(shù)學(xué)模型研究

摘要: 介紹了一種無模拉伸不銹鋼熱電偶套管的成型方法及生產(chǎn)工藝。通過對熱電偶套管無模拉伸變形機(jī)制的研究,分析了拉伸速度的變化規(guī)律,并建立了無模拉伸套管的數(shù)學(xué)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該模型結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、精確可靠、具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。Abstract: Described in the article are the formation technique and manufacturing process of non-die drawing of thermal coupling casing.Based on research on mechanism of non-die drawing deformation of thermal coupling casing,law of drawing speed variation was analyzed, and the mathematical model for non-die drawn casing established. The experiment shows that the mathematical model is of simple structure and capable of providing accurate and consistent data,being valuable in application.
