    • 摘要: 焊管熱張力減徑 (EWSR) 生產(chǎn)線可用于生產(chǎn)焊接石油專用管管體料。介紹了寶雞石油鋼管有限責(zé)任公司在建的國(guó)內(nèi)第一條全進(jìn)口EWSR生產(chǎn)線的工藝布置、工藝參數(shù)、設(shè)備組成及其特點(diǎn)。該條生產(chǎn)線的建成有利于提高國(guó)內(nèi)焊接石油專用管的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平。

       

      Abstract: The electric weld stretch reducing mill (EWSR) plant is capable of producing blank pipes for processing OCTG. Briefed here in the paper is the first EWSR production line imported as a whole line, and located in Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., covering such aspects as the process layout, technological parameters, equipment composition and features, etc. The newly-built pipe production line will be helpful to improving the technology level of domestic OCTG manufacturing circles.
