摘要: 介紹了全浮、半浮和限動芯棒連軋管機的工藝特點及世界上限動芯棒連軋管機的發(fā)展情況。分別闡述了意大利達爾明廠φ355.6mmPPM-MPM 機組、墨西哥坦姆薩公司φ273mm MPM 機組、美國鋼鐵公司費爾菲爾德廠φ244.5mm PPM-MPM 機組、加拿大阿爾戈馬鋼公司φ177.8mm MPM 機組以及阿根廷希德爾卡和國內(nèi)天津無縫鋼管總廠的φ250mm 限動芯棒連軋管機組的概況、生產(chǎn)工藝流程,主要設(shè)備特點及其性能。

Abstract: The process features of the full-floating,half-floating and restrained mandrel mills as well asthe developments of restrained mandrel mills worldwide are briefed.The article respetively describesthe outlines,produetion process flows,major equipment characteristics and performances with respectto φ355.6mm PPM-MPM train in Dalmine,Italy,φ273mm MPM train in Tamsa Co.,Mexico,φ244.5mm PPM-MPM train in Fairfield Works,American Steel Co.,φ177.8mm MPM train in AlgomaSteel Corp.Ltd,Canada and φ250mm restrained mandrel mills both in Siderca Works,Argentina andin General Tianjin Steel Tube Plant,China.
