    Development of OCTG Internal Rotation Quenching System and Process

    • 摘要: 為獲得理想的力學(xué)性能,大部分的油井管在制造過(guò)程中都需要采用淬火+高溫回火調(diào)質(zhì)處理。在簡(jiǎn)要介紹鋼管淬火技術(shù)和設(shè)備現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)介紹了一種新型的油井管內(nèi)噴旋流淬火技術(shù)的原理、特點(diǎn)和設(shè)備組成,并通過(guò)實(shí)際運(yùn)用證明了該內(nèi)噴旋流淬火設(shè)備具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、淬火冷卻均勻、運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用低等特點(diǎn),該項(xiàng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用于油井管的淬火處理能夠獲得較高的淬火質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: To get desirable mechanical properties,most of the OCTG products need to be subjected to heat treatment of quenching and tempering at elevated temperature.Based on a brief review of the currently-used steel pipe quenching processes and related equipment,a new type of OCTG Internal Rotation Quenching(IRQ)system is detailed,covering the working principle,characteristics and equipment composition.Relevant operation practice shows that the said quenching system possesses such advantages as structural simplicity,uniformly quenching and cooling,low operation and maintenance costs,etc.It is concluded that employment of the IRQ process would ensure a desirable quenching performance.
