Technological Practice of 4-roll Hot-sizing Mill

摘要: 介紹了四輥式熱定徑機的由來及主要工藝參數,敘述了其結構、軋輥長度設計、軋輥傳動方式、軋輥間隙消除方式等的技術特點和孔型設計要點,簡要分析了3種定徑機(二輥式、三輥式和四輥式)孔型半徑差的比例關系。通過對具有代表性規(guī)格產品外徑檢測數據的統(tǒng)計分析,總結出階段性生產經驗,提出了對四輥式熱定徑機的總體評價及建議。

Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the history and the main technical parameters of the 4-roll hot-sizing mill. Also described are the groove design tips and the technical characteristics of such aspects of the mill, in- cluding the structure of the mill, design of the roll length, roll drive type and method for roll clearance elimination, etc. Furthermore, a brief discussion is made on the proportional relationship of groove radius difference of the three sizing mill types, i.e., the 2-roll type, the 3-roll type and the 4-roll type. Statistical analysis of the OD measurement data of the products with typical sizes is conducted. Based on the analysis result, periodical production experience is summarized, and the general evaluation of and relevant suggestions for the 4-roll hot-sizing mill are proposed.
