錐形輥斜軋延伸工藝的研究
STUDIES CONCERNING CONED-ROLL ROTARY ELONGATING PROCESS

摘要: 在綜合分析現(xiàn)有各種料軋延伸工藝特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了由多投雛形輥、雙曲率導(dǎo)板和軋后移動短圓柱芯棒構(gòu)成的延伸工藝。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該工藝可行,能使斜軋延伸機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡化,操作更方便。該工藝可供小型軋管機(jī)組改造參考。Abstract: Based on a conprehensive analysis of features of various currently used crossrolling elongating processes, the co-authors put forward a new elongating process featuring multisectional coned roll, dual-curvature guide shoe and after-rolling-moving of the short cylindrical mandrel. The experimental result shows that the said new process is very practical and able to simplify structure of the cross-rolling elongator and its operation. The said process is of reference value for modification of small-sized pipe rolling mills.
