摘要: 控制焊縫金屬奧氏體/鐵素體的相平衡是雙相不銹鋼焊管制造質(zhì)量的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵。焊縫金屬中鐵素體所占體積百分比的測(cè)定至今仍是一個(gè)難題。分析了雙相不銹鋼焊縫金屬鐵素體含量的測(cè)定方法;著重探討了德國(guó)Fischer公司的Feritscope MP-30E型鐵素體含量磁測(cè)儀的測(cè)量精度及其影響因素,磁測(cè)儀的維護(hù)性校驗(yàn)、校正及校驗(yàn)標(biāo)樣的重要性;指出了焊管生產(chǎn)中控制焊縫金屬鐵素體含量的有效途徑。

Abstract: It is a critical point concerning manufacture quality of the duplex stainless steel weld pipe to control the ferrite-austenite phase equilibrium in the weld metal thereof.Meanwhile,determination of the ferrite volume percentage in the weld metal has so far still remained a technical hard nut.Focused on in the essay are the main aspects related to the performance of the Feritscope MP-30E instrument,covering the measurement accuracy and influence,the calibration for maintenance purpose and the importance of the calibration reference,etc.Moreover practical approaches to control the ferrite content in the weld meal are proposed.
