Influence of Steel Plate Quality on SAWL Tube

摘要: 介紹直縫埋弧焊管用鋼板各技術(shù)參數(shù)及其對鋼管產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響，分析鋼板技術(shù)參數(shù)的均勻性、穩(wěn)定性要求。分析認為：大批量生產(chǎn)時鋼板技術(shù)參數(shù)的離散度較大是影響直縫埋弧焊管生產(chǎn)的主要原因。加強對鋼板軋制工藝的研究，減小鋼板各項技術(shù)參數(shù)的離散度，對提高鋼板和直縫埋弧焊管的質(zhì)量具有重要意義。

Abstract: The technical parameters of the steel plates for SAWL tubes and their influence on the quality of the tubes are introduced，and the requirements for the uniformity and stability of these parameters are analyzed.It is pointed out that the noticeable dispersion of the steel plate technical parameters is a main factor that influnces the SAWL production during a mass production.To improve the quality of steel plates and SAWL tubes，it is important to enhance the study on the steel plate rolling process，and to reduce the dispersion of the steel plate technical parameters.
