無氟不銹鋼管材草化劑的研制及應(yīng)用

Development and Application of Fluorine-free Oxalic Acidating Agent for Stainless Steel Pipe

摘要: 介紹一種新型無氟CL-3538型不銹鋼管材草化劑，分析其草化腐蝕基本原理，論述其成膜反應(yīng)過程，并闡述CL-3538型草化劑的配制管理與維護(hù)方法。分析認(rèn)為：CL-3538型草化劑的配方組成能滿足對草化膜性能的要求，使用后可獲得理想的潤滑載體——結(jié)晶草化膜；與CL-3518型草化劑相比，CL-3538型草化劑不僅更適宜作為冷拔（軋）不銹鋼管材的潤滑載體，而且草化劑因不含氟離子而更環(huán)保，廢液更易處理。

Abstract: Introduced in the paper is a new type CL-3538 fluorine-free oxalic acidating agent for the stainless steel pipe,focusing on analyzing the basic corrosion principle,discussing the chemical reaction process for the film formation,and the preparation management and maintaining methods,etc.It is regarded via the analysis that the formulation of the said agent is satisfactory to the requirements for the performance of the oxalic acidated film,which means that using the agent ensures desirable lubrication carrier i.e.,the crystallized film to be obtained.Compared with the CL-3518 oxalic acidating agent,the above mentioned CL-3538 oxalic acidating agent is not only applicable as a lubrication carrier to cold-drawn (rolled) stainless steel pipes,but also more environment-friendly,and easier for liquid waste disposal due to its being free of fluorion.
