    P92無縫鋼管的研制

    R&D of P92 Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了研制P92無縫鋼管取得的成果和生產(chǎn)工藝特點(diǎn)。對研制的P92無縫鋼管進(jìn)行的高溫拉伸性能和高溫持久性能等性能評定結(jié)果表明：該無縫鋼管具有均勻的金相組織，各項力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)和工藝性能完全滿足ASME SA 335/SA 335M標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定和高溫鍋爐管道使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Described here are the research and development achievements of the P92 seamless steel pipe and the characteristics of its production process.The results of the tests of hi-temperature tensile property and hi-temperature endurance property of the P92 seamless steel pipe indicate that the seamless steel pipe of this grade has homogeneous metallographic structure, and its mechanical properties and technological properties can fully satisfy the requirements of ASME SA 335/SA 335M and the application requirements of the high temperature boiler pipeline.
