    二輥斜軋穿孔頂頭的改進

    IMPROVEMENT ON PLUG OF PLUG OF TWO-HIGH ROTARY PIERCING MILL

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)軋輥和軋件在輾軋區(qū)內(nèi)存在的共軛幾何關(guān)系提出新的二輥斜軋穿孔頂頭設(shè)計方法及其推導(dǎo)計算式。介紹了頂頭工作段和反錐段設(shè)計原則以及設(shè)計實例。工業(yè)性試驗結(jié)果表明,新設(shè)計的穿孔頂頭能顯著提高毛管的橫向壁厚精度。

       

      Abstract: Based on the conjugate geometric relationship between work-rolls and workpiece in the rolling zone,a new method for designing plug of the two-high rotary piercer and respective deduction-calculation formula were derived, Also described in the paper are the principle for designing the working section & reversal taper section of the plug and some examples thereof.It has been proven by trial commercial production that With the piercer plug designed by means of the said new method,much higher radial wall thickness accuracy is available.
