    多規(guī)格油套管漏磁檢測方法研究

    Study on Flux Leakage Detection Method for Tubing/Casing of Various Sizes

    • 摘要: 對油套管現(xiàn)有漏磁無損檢測方案進行了對比分析,指出了各種方案的優(yōu)缺點及適用范圍。為適合多規(guī)格油套管的檢測,提出了橫向檢測探靴條狀化的方法。為采集大數(shù)量陣列霍爾信號,提出了1種特殊的時分復(fù)用方法,并給出了1套綜合檢測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。

       

      Abstract: A comparative analysis of all the proposed solutions of flux leakage detection for tubing/casing, identifying both the advantages, disadvantages and application scope of each individual solution.To meet the requirement for inspection of tubing and casing with different sizes, it is proposed to use strip type detection shoe to detect transversal defects.And also proposed are one special time division multiplex(TDM) method for acquisition of large amount of array Hall signals, and one design solution of the comprehensive inspection system.
