    連鑄圓管坯中間裂紋對(duì)鋼管質(zhì)量的影響

    Influence by Intermediate Crack of Continuously-cast Round as Tube Stock on Quality of Tubes

    • 摘要: 采用連鑄圓管坯進(jìn)行穿孔及軋管的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明, 使用有中間裂紋的連鑄圓管坯軋制鋼管, 鋼管會(huì)產(chǎn)生條帶狀內(nèi)折和鱗片狀內(nèi)折;使用有缺陷的連鑄圓管坯穿孔, 毛管在調(diào)整正常的頂頭前會(huì)形成“缺陷孔腔”, 這是使用連鑄圓管坯軋制鋼管產(chǎn)生內(nèi)折的一個(gè)原因, 也是區(qū)別于使用鍛造和軋制圓管坯軋制鋼管的一個(gè)特點(diǎn)。

       

      Abstract: The results of experimental operations of pipe-piercing and rolling with CC rounds show that using CC rounds bearing intermediate cracks as tube stocks may cause defective internal stripped folds and scaled folds of the final products. With any of such CC rounds, the so called “defective cavity” is to be formed in the pierced shell just in front of the well-set plug, and thus lead to the occurrence of the said internal fold defects of the pipe, which is a characteristic that differs from the pipe-rolling with the forged or round billet.
